STANDING/RUNNING TUMBLING
• Standing back handspring or Standing Tuck

• Standing Tuck w/Poms
• Highest Standing Tumbling (examples: standing bhs or multiple series, back tuck, jumps to
bhs or tuck, bhs or multiple bhs to tuck/layout/full, standing full, specialty pass, etc.)
• Highest Running Tumbling (examples: round off bhs or multiple series, round off tuck or

*Tumbling is not required. However the a standing back handspring is the minimum expectation and a round off handspring tuck is the team average.
