DANCE High School/College Prep CLINIC SCHEDULE (subject to change)
Check-In: 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM
Clinic: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Grades admitted: High School Juniors and Seniors, Current College Students/Transfers only

Participant Cost ($60) Includes: A  clinic focusing on collegiate dance fundamentals including: Pom technique, hip hop basics and jazz technique.  Same day registrations will only be accepted if spots are available and no refunds will be given for enrolled participants. This clinic will gear more toward college level skills and skills to help prepare you for a UConn Dance Audition or other Collegiate Auditions. We may also award a "Fast Pass" to select seniors or current college students/potential college transfer that will automatically advance you to the second round of tryouts. Details will be provided at the clinic only.

Attire/What To Pack: Participants are encouraged to wear navy and white comfortable athletic clothing with hair pulled back and bring both sneakers and either socks ,turners or jazz shoes. UConn gear is always a plus! Jewelry is limited to one set of stud type earrings. Please pack water and snacks if needed! (Refrigeration is not available)

Location Information: The clinic will be held on the UConn Storrs Campus at Guyer Gym located in the Hugh S. Greer Fieldhouse. Parking is available in both the North and South Garages on campus. Please leave enough time to park and arrive at check in on time. A Campus Map can be located here.

Day-of Information: Doors will open for check-in at 9:15 AM.  We do ask that parents do not sit in the gym during the clinic. Gym doors will reopen for parent pick up at 12:45p. Please email spirit@uconn.edu with any questions. Parents are able to sit in the Student Union located directly across from Guyer Gymnasium or may also visit downtown Storrs for activities while waiting.

Pre-Registration/Payment Information: Payments due at the time of registration via Marketplace

NOTE: Space is limited. If our registration capacity is met, pre-registration material – including credit card refunds – will be returned to pre-registrants who are not enrolled in the clinic.

Once payment is received, you will receive an update of your registration status via email.
